Passion. Experience. Diligence.

Josh is an experienced tax, business, and estate planning attorney. I am committed to helping individuals, families, businesses and their owners with their estate planning, business and tax needs.

In the legal profession, lawyers often list themselves as “attorneys and advisors.” It is the second part of that phrase that I strive to embody. The web-based law firm model means that you have greater access to your advisor wherever your are.

As a web-based law firm, Josh strives to be accessible to those who simply do not have the time or desire to physically meet with an attorney or the resources to that typically accompany working with a brick-and-mortar law firm. Whether it is 7:00 AM or 7:00 PM, you are on your couch after a long day, or you are at your desk during lunch, your attorney and advisor is available for you.

The key to a web-based platform is flexibility, I understand that between kids, a spouse, family, work, or simply enjoying life, the important things can sometimes become less “important.” The goal of a web-based law firm is to provide you the flexibility to get your important legal documents completed quickly, seamlessly, and without being a burden to you.

If you are interested in learning more about me, understanding what a web-based law firm can do for you, or would like to say hello please send me a quick note. I look forward to hearing from your and working together to accomplish your goals.

The Virtual Law Firm Difference

Accessibility

Regardless of the hour, or medium of communication, I am available to you. Whether it is by phone, email, Zoom, Google Hangout or other preferred method, you will be able to communicate with your attorney.

Further, you will have access to all of your documents in one convenient Client Account Portal that I will set up for you. The portal serves as a one-stop shop for communication, documents, and billing.

A Relationship to Last a Lifetime

My goal is to develop a deep and meaningful relationship with you as a client. With a few years of practice behind me, I have no intention to retire anytime soon. When you begin out attorney-client relationship, my expectation is to be there for you, your family and your business. I intend to be there for you when through life’s ups and downs, so that you can be confident that your interests are always protected.

Competitive Rates

As a web-based law firm, there are no expensive paralegals, secretaries, physical filing cabinets, or other items of overhead that increase an attorney’s cost and ultimately the cost to the client.

By eliminating the overhead of a brick-and-mortar law firm, I am able to keep costs low without sacrificing quality. Unless discussed, I will always provide a flat-fee after our initial consultation. My goal is to work with you by having a collaborative relationship, where you are able to come to me with questions or concerns without being worried that you are getting billed by the minute.

Billing Transparency

I will provide a flat-fee after an initial consultation and review of the information you provide when you first contact me. Absent certain needs, I do not operate on a billable hourly rate, meaning the estimate you receive is your cost. I strongly believe that by knowing exactly what your costs are it allows us to grow a deeper relationship because you are free to email me, call me, or text me with any quick questions without the fear or incurring additional costs.

Real Documents. Real Attorney.

While the final product of the attorney-client relationship is oftentimes a legal document, an estate plan, a letter to the IRS, a new business entity; don’t settle for just another document. Although some websites would have you believe that all you need is a document, however, by working with me, you will receive legal services, and the advice, knowledge, and experience of an attorney. This will ensure that your documents are done right in accordance with State law and, most importantly, in a professional manner.
